Finally, a vote that mattered

Three cheers for those of you who, in April, heeded my call and voted to help Omnicron (a.k.a. my friend Kathryn's brother) fulfill his destiny of being on the Sci Fi Channel's "Who Wants To Be A Superhero?" Starting July 26, he'll be there in full glory -- different name (now he's Mindset), different costume (a new type of cartoonish bulkyness), same goofball (recall his almost missing the auditions?) He's already appearing in some commercials -- here and here, and most prominently here. For once, reality tv may actually be worth watching.*

*Ok, fine, I saw "Average Joe" and "My Big, Fat, Obnoxious Fiance" in their entirety, and once got really excited when I spotted one of the Average Joes walking around Boston, but that was years ago. Give me a break.
