		<description>This is really rather enraging. Even the BBC has begun to involve its 'audience' with message boards and 'feedback' but, really, who wants to listen to Joe Blogs sound off about something he has no knowledge in. This contributer, though of course entitled to his own views, is actually re-offending the victim (ie the family of the offender) by airing them in this portal. Free speech is a normative concept and not something that should be translated in simplistic blanket application, especially when harm can be added to harm.</description>
